Faculty-Student-Graduate Student Award Entrance Definitions

Faculty/Academic Professors/Academic Professionals: Individuals working full time within a teaching unit of a university of college.

Undergraduate Student: Full time students enrolled at a university or college at the time the entry was produced. Student awards may be separated by Competition Chair into the following categories: Freshman-Sophomore, Junior-Senior.

Graduate Student: Full time student enrolled within a graduate program at a university at the time the entry was produced.

Two-Year/Small Colleges: Faculty, staff and students employed by or matriculated in a community college or a small college that offers a broadcast related major (such as broadcasting, video production, mass media and communications.) A small college is defined as a college with a broadcast related major/division with an enrollment of fewer than 200 students.
